So many fish in the sea! But ours is happy:
Caught in Irish waters, delivered fresh from Wright's of Marino, wood-smoked by the chefs and hand-made into little pieces of fishy heaven by Jason, sushi chef extraordinaire and owner.
We don't like to brag, but our meat is Irish too and sourced from Dublin's own F.X. Buckley's, except where it comes from certified organic producers.
In fact most of what we cook and serve is Irish if we can get it, and we like to do things ourselves – like all home-made desserts and the different types of soy sauce that the chefs work their magic on.
We bow our heads to their crazy creative minds that turn good old Irish food staples into Miso-Marinated Chicken, Wasabi Mash, and Green Tea Cheese-Cake.
