Roberta's restaurant, bar, terrace, 1 Essex Street East is a beautifully designed space, with contemporary cuisine served to you beneath our bespoke glass ceiling! Our Head Chef, Troy Watson, has put together a brand new menu, jam packed with flavour and tasty fare. Check out our menu of succulent meats, fresh fish and delectable pastas to get a taste of what we've got to offer. Aside from gorgeous mains, we're also serving up beautiful, fresh wood fired pizzas from our impressive pizza oven!

We've made our home in the former Dollard Printworks Building, in the heart of Dublin. This gorgeous protected building dates back to 1886 and is the oldest steel frame building in Ireland. Whilst the building itself has been painstakingly restored inside, maintaining it's beautiful arched entrances and windows, we really need to talk about the stunning view! Roberta's offers an unparalleled vantage point of the River Liffey, with over 40 metres of riverside views.

Roberta's is filled with volumes of natural light pouring through the fantastic windows on either side of the building – and through one of the key focal points, the breath-taking glass atrium style ceiling. The sky stretches out above you while you grab a comfortable booth, sink into a cosy chair with a cool, frothy beer or a delicious, crafted cocktail. Get comfortable on our courtyard style terrace, or pull up a stool at our bar, the choice is yours! At the weekends, from 11 pm, the DJ will be turning up the tunes, turning down the lights and playing the best music, so if dancing under the stars is your thing, we're ready for you!
