l’Gueuleton is a French restaurant located on Fade street in Dublin’s Creative Quarter in the heart of Dublin’s City Centre.
It is difficult to define exactly what l’Gueuleton means but the words, feast, food, family, friends and of course wine help us to understand a concept that is inherently French. Here at l’Gueuleton we offer our translation; we bring the finest French Bistro food and wine with a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Situated on the ground floor of the old Fade Street Tenements.
l’Gueuleton exudes rustic charm. The combination of exposed red brick walls, industrial beams and copper ceilings, dark wood floors is the perfect setting for Head Chef Aoife Barker’s food – French Bistro with a modern twist. Outside boasts one of Dublin’s best on street terraces; covered and heated with a view on to the Victorian façade of the George’s Arcade it’s the perfect spot to relax and watch the world go by.
Since opening it’s doors in October 2004 l’Gueuleton has served French Bistro cooking at it’s finest. Combining quality Irish produce with serious French flair, l’Gueuleton offers a fantastic menu, matched with a perfectly balanced selection of Old World wines
